This unique single family style senior living was founded by a husband-and-wife team with over four decades of combined experience in the medical field. Through this experience they recognized a need for providing a senior living environment that is warm and personalized, as an alternative to the traditional model.

Brookhaven is designed to provide continuity, familiarity, and comfort as residents age. Residents may continue relationships with their own physicians and outside healthcare providers, including home health or hospice agencies when appropriate, while remaining in a familiar residential environment.
Short-Term Stays
